Always be mindful that experience initiates inspiration. Move yourself never to those who are always encouraging you with kind words – they believe in you.

Failure is a character strengthening experience that gives priceless lessons that success does not offer.

As you know, you cannot receive without giving. You must get out of your comfort zone – taking on positive stress or pressures moves us to higher levels of success. Do not focus on amassing money – realize your dreams and make the world a better place. 

You have a gentle clam manner about you, with a quiet voice. This is a strength as it is non-threatening to others and could keep conflict respectful and therefore others may be more likely to work out conflict instead of leaving due to fear of further conflict or escalating. Contraindication: don’t confuse a quiet approach with not confronting others when something is bothering you as your feelings may be bottled up and you may end up feeling resentful toward another instead of approaching to attempt to disclose your feelings and possibly resolve.

You are willing to take risks and try new things. In my mind, you are quite brave this way. This keeps your life interesting and allows you greater potential to meet new like minded people. Remember this, if you are frightened to try something nw and / or different.

You are open to new learning experiences. Similar to above, but the twist being that you are very open to learning about it, and improving yourself. A real strength to continued growth.

Sense of accountability and responsibility. if you have done something for someone and it’s not working the way you want, you strive to improve it or fix any mistakes. This makes you dependable and conscientious and increase other’s sense of trust in you. A valued characteristic about you.

Speed can be a very desired quality and you have it. Remember sometimes accuracy is more important. Make sure and double check with others that what you believe they are asking of you, or wanting from you, is actually what they want. Perception check.

I have had the pleasure of working with Frank since 2016. In that time I have found him to be an exceptional professional.
