A WORD FROM FRANK
“ALWAYS BE HUMBLE, BUT WHEN IT IS TIME TO SHINE YOU BETTER STEP UP AND DOMINATE”
After pursuing the Certified Management Accountant designation, Frank Yang continued on his journey to become the best accountant. However, he discovered there was a hidden muscle called “Leadership” that was not fully developed.
Who says accountants will always be accountants? Many people framed Frank to be someone who is “just an accountant”. Frank realized a change must be made. He attended many seminars and talked to many successful leaders. Furthermore, he is on a path of entrepreneurship.
While working in nonprofit sector, he noticed there were many people who were also looking for a chance to change. Frank decided to blog successful leaders’ seminars and provide people with leadership concepts and knowledge. Within 2 years, he obtained many business insights through leadership seminars. In 2016, he launched his book, “Force of Change”.
Frank wants to impact 10,000 young entrepreneurs. He will continue to provide leadership knowledge through his blog. His mentor once told him, “Giving before receiving”. His mission is to help many people as he can through his wisdom and experience.
Frank is currently working on his next leadership book. In addition, he is also working on a Outspoken Words podcast that will launch in the future.
